Collection: ๐ St. Frances of Rome
St. Frances of Rome was a noblewoman who longed to live a life of prayer and service. Married at twelve, she faithfully balanced her duties as wife and mother with a deep devotion to God. During times of war and plague in Rome, she turned her home into a hospital and personally cared for the sick and poor. Later, she founded the Oblates of Mary, a community of women dedicated to serving God in the world without withdrawing from their families. Known for her humility, visions, and angelic companionship, St. Frances exemplified holiness in both family and service.
