📚 Divine Child, Jesus (Divino Nino)

The Divine Child Jesus devotion celebrates the tender love and power of Christ as a child, inviting the faithful to trust in His innocence, mercy, and protection. Originating in Bogotá, Colombia, this devotion was spread by the Salesian priest Fr. John Rizzo in the 20th century, who promoted the image of the Child Jesus with open arms and the message, “The more you honor Me, the more I will bless you.” The Divine Child reminds the world that God became small out of love for humanity, desiring to dwell in every heart with simplicity, joy, and confidence.
