Blessed Dina Bélanger was a gifted musician and mystic from Quebec, Canada, whose life was marked by humility, holiness, and devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. From childhood, she showed a remarkable talent for piano and studied in New York, yet chose to leave behind a promising musical career to enter the Religious of Jesus and Mary in 1921, taking the name Marie of St. Cecilia of Rome. Despite suffering greatly from tuberculosis, she embraced her illness with joy, offering her sufferings for souls. Dina left behind a moving spiritual autobiography that reveals her deep mystical experiences and complete surrender to God’s will. Her radiant peace and holiness continue to inspire the faithful today.
