St. Stanislaus Papczyński was a Polish priest, theologian, and founder of the Congregation of Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception. Deeply devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary, he promoted prayer for the souls in Purgatory and the living out of mercy through humility and service. Known for his spiritual wisdom, preaching, and ascetic life, he courageously defended Church teaching and sought to renew the moral life of clergy and laity alike. His legacy continues through the Marian Fathers’ apostolates of prayer, education, and mercy throughout the world.
