St. Hubert of Liege was a 7th–8th-century bishop known for his conversion from a passionate hunter to a devoted follower of Christ. According to tradition, he encountered a vision of a crucifix between the antlers of a stag while hunting, which led him to renounce worldly pursuits and dedicate his life to God. He became Bishop of Liege, promoting the faith, caring for the poor, and encouraging Christian morality. St. Hubert is remembered for his deep piety and the transformative power of God’s call.
